I cannot express how amazing this company has been in helping to replace out HVAC Unit. We had a very specialized system and had been rudely turned away by many other companies before a friend had recommended Reliable. They helped work with our Home Owner's insurance on the replacement. They always called back when they said. Their repair people were on time, efficient, courteous, clean, and throughout. On top of this company's great customer service and knowledge of our specialized unit, they also were able to charge $2000 less then the only other company in Los Angeles willing to repair our unit. My house is located in Downtown and has been tricky when repair people expect a place to park. Reliable needed no hand holding when it came to the difficult parking situation. They were at my door, on time, ready to work and in one of LA's worst rainstorms. I don't usually write reviews of companies, but after dealing for 6 months of bad contractors and insurance hoops/headaches, I felt like I had to share show truly amazing they are. In short, they're name says it all. RELIABLE. They are the best HVAC company in Los Angeles. If you want a company that will call you back, work with insurance, show up on time, and get the job done. Give them a Call!

In June 2022 I had 100% new HVAC installed in my Toluca Lake area by HVAC firm I have used in my homes in the area for about 25-years. I never had any issues that firm until this install. I did not get multiple proposals and did not get suggestion of firm(s) to use from the HOA manager (my bad, I should have). The install by the initial firm was horrible. I was getting ‘mold’ smell from the 100% new unit that I did not get from the older unit I replaced. Turns out the install of the new unit by the first HVAC firm I used was not good, terrible in many ways. They tried countless times to fix, correct and eliminate the mold smell for the most part for about 2 years. I contacted the HOA Manager, and he recommended Reliable who does a lot of work in my condo building and has always had a great reputation. I called for co-owner Eli at the HOA Manager’s suggestion. I promptly received a call from co-owner, Karen who was beyond responsive in removing the HVAC Unit in my unit, installing a new one and no moldy smell when going back and forth with heat and AC. This was all completed in a matter of days, not weeks of months. Kudo’s to Karen and Joyce at the office for being so responsive, dependable and cost-effective too.

We've been using Reliable AC & Heating to handle all of our HVAC needs for many years and they've always done an amazing job...and we're especially happy and grateful to them for our recent HVAC upgrade. It was a massive job needing to replace our 20 year old system and at the same time we also needed to replace our roof. We truly could not have done it without Reliable AC's phenomenal expertise and guidance. We live in New York and rent out our house so we were not able to actually be there to arrange everything and we initially needed to find a quality roofing company as well but thanks to Karen at Reliable AC she hooked us up with an exceptional roofing company called Tall roofing co. and they worked together to handle the removing of our old HVAC system which required a crane to take it off the roof, then Tall roofing did the roof replacement and prepped the pad for the installation of the new HVAC which also had to be craned onto the roof and everything went PERFECTLY!!! I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the work and the new HVAC system. Everyone at Reliable AC went above and beyond to ensure that our job went smoothly, was on time, no surprises, and they were all extremely professional and very helpful. They made sure to keep us and our tenant constantly informed every step of the way. I would HIGHLY Recommend using Reliable AC for all of your air conditioning and heating needs. They are amazing....If I was allowed I would give them 5,000 stars!!! Thank you so much Reliable AC and especially Karen for coordinating the entire job.

Eli was terrific! Great job on a heat pump water heating installation. Really knows the available federal, state, and local incentives.

Reliable is a phenomenal company. Karen and Eli, the owners, are wonderful people. They provide the best service and the highest quality product at a fair price. Their technicians are fabulous, highly skilled, and dedicated to exemplary service. Reliable provides the best customer service. I just installed a new HVAC system and they were with me every step of the way in a very complicated process. Reliable has done my mainstream for years and it feels like they are family because they treat you that way. I highly recommend them.
